Whether it is an intimate party, a festive gala, a fundraiser, a corporate event, a convention, a wedding, a graduation celebration, a birthday party, a baby shower, a grand opening, a retirement party — we offer the assistance that our clients need. If they want to do the bulk of the work while using us as consultants or whether they want us to do the bulk of the work while consulting with them — we do it; either way works for us.

We work hand in glove with our clients. We research and visually inspect possible venues; we research and meet with possible vendors; we taste test proposed menu items; we prepare driving instructions to event sites; we give written instructions to program participants on what they need to do, when they need to do it, and sometimes what they might want to say. We may also audition bands, string quartets, or combos, as well as deejays, singers and entertainers.

Depending on the circumstances we are the shoulder to lean on, the hand to hold, the calm in the midst of the storm. We are there for our clients from start to finish.
